Bug Description
Every few calls, the sound suddenly is grossly distorted. Closing Skype and opening it again (the process was terminated) does not fix this issue, only a reboot does.

More information:
- The bug appears on both raring and saucy snd_hda_ intel) or the USB soundcard included in a Logitech H360 headset
- it doesn't matter whether I use the internal intel soundcard (7 Series/C210 Series Chipset, driver=
- it doesn't matter whether pulseaudio runs as a user or system service
- it happens at every volume level
