Bug Description
The website cannot display comment written in Vietnamese (with accent) in Unicode.
Since this website is created only for Vietnamese market, this is a critical bug.
Reproduce the bug:
1. Log in
2. View a product
3. Add a few Vietnamese word in comment textbox (using unikey or copy from a Vietnamese website or from the introduction of the product itself)
4. Click on "Binh luan" button and see the comment
Tested on Firefox 8.0.1, Chrome 14
