To reproduce the bug with alltray 0.69-1ubuntu4 and Thunderbird 3.0.3+nobinonly-0ubuntu2 on Ubuntu 10.04 Beta:

1) Create a launcher on the panel with this command:

alltray -s thunderbird %u

2) Click on the Thunderbird systray icon. The window is hidden.

3) Click again on the Thunderbird systray icon.

Actual result: the window is shown, but the mouse cursor is moved over the title bar "maximize" button of the Thunderbird window.

Expected result: the mouse cursor should stay over the Thunderbird docked icon.
