Bug Description
To reproduce the bug with AllTray 0.69-1ubuntu4 and Thunderbird 3.0.3+nobinonly
1) Make sure that the systray zone is empty (no icon).
2) Launch Thunderbird with AllTray:
alltray -s thunderbird %u
3) Click on the Thunderbird systray icon. The window is hidden.
4) Click again on the Thunderbird systray icon.
Actual result: the window is shown, but the mouse cursor is moved over the title bar "maximize" button of the Thunderbird window.
Expected result: the mouse cursor should stay over the Thunderbird docked icon.
Additional informations:
1) The bug doesn't occur if there's already an icon in the systray, for example if we launch "alltray -s gedit" before "alltray -s thunderbird %u".
2) I can reproduce this bug with Liferea too.

Hello,
Does this happen with Thunderbird only, or can you replicate this with any other piece of GUI software (e.g., Seamonkey or Firefox, which are also Mozilla products)?
AllTray does not issue calls to move the mouse pointer around the screen, so I'm not sure what could possibly be causing this. Can you also run AllTray with debugging enabled, just to see if anything strange is going on?
What window manager are you using? Are you using a compositing window manager on your system?
