separate plasmoid/widget for KDE

Could you develop something like alternative tray plasmoid, widget for KDE - separate from system tray - so that it could be placed on plasma panel in custom place? I have upper panel where I placed system tray and icons and bottom panel with task manager and I wish also to place a tray plasmoid there with windows closed to tray.

I wish it could remember its settings after restart, so that I could add a list of programs to alltray plasmoid and whenever I run a program after restart and click on close button it would minimize to alltray plasmoid.
This way I could add Alltray plasmoid to start-up processes (if this would be necessary) and forget about running Alltray after each restart. This would be the most convenient way of managing applications for me.

But even if I had to click on application after every restart but have separate widget for this it would be a huge improvement in managing workflow for me.
