Bug Description
Checking for new versions of software takes a lot of time, we need automated updating to latest versions of software, using framework around debian/watch files, for example uscan command (from devscripts package) or watchupstream package.
AFAIK somewhere in Debian.org is web page, showing what packages are out of date, maybe we could steal some code from this page generation code?
