Menus incorrectly themed with GTK 3.8

Bug Description

After upgrading to GTK 3.8, certain menus do not seem to be themed properly. See http://imgur.com/a/nvl5m

Note how menus in the first two screenshots (from the XFCE terminal emulator and GIMP, respectively) are themed correctly but the second two are not (from the Network Manager applet and evince).

I probably won't have time to fix this very soon, but you can take a look at this commit and try to port it to Albatross:
