Notification needs to be improved in jaunty

with the new notification system introduced in jaunty which does not allow any input from the user,
the notification window which appears is very confusing.
attaching the screenshot. It would be wonderful if we could improve the window layout.

in my opinion the best solution would be to merge with intlclock.
i think it would be interesting to set an alarm according to some other time zone's time too.

I agree - the best solution would indeed be to merge with intlclock. There's a blueprint up for this at https://blueprints.launchpad.net/alarm-clock/+spec/merge-intlclock

Fixed in trunk - only simple notify-osd-friendly notifications are now displayed.
