Bug Description

Inside the ./includes/common.lua & ./includes/database.lua there is a function named db_escape() but it hasn't been declared anywhere.

Basically the problem with this is that the installation cannot continue on Windows, Xavante, SQLite3 combination.
I think this action is there in order to escape the double quotes used for SQL queries and/or substitute them with the single quotes that SQLite requires.

This problem came up when trying to install the revision 269 from Bazaar.

yes, I changed a small thing on SQL functions. Its now fixed and commited.
