update error with update manager

This is what update manager reports when I try to update my ubuntu 11.10:

W:Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/bisigi/ppa/ubuntu/dists/oneiric/main/source/Sources 404 Not Found
, W:Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/bisigi/ppa/ubuntu/dists/oneiric/main/binary-i386/Packages 404 Not Found

Can anybody help me please?

In a previuos post somebody suggested to "remove the PPA" ... how can I do that?

Hi,

You can go in ubuntu software center. And you can remove the ppa in the following menu "edit -> software sources" (in the 2nd tab)

Thank you I've removed all the "ppa" based software sources and now the previous error windows has disappeared.... but now I think I have an other problem.. no updates are available to download. Is it possible after 76 days? Now in my Software sources I only have Canonical Partners and Independent... are they enought?
