cannot install bigisi on ubuntu 11:10 64-bit

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:bisigi/ppa && sudo apt-get update
When I try the above, I get the following:
W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/bisigi/ppa/ubuntu/dists/oneiric/main/source/Sources 404 Not Found

W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/bisigi/ppa/ubuntu/dists/oneiric/main/binary-amd64/Packages 404 Not Found

W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/bisigi/ppa/ubuntu/dists/oneiric/main/binary-i386/Packages 404 Not Found

E: Some index files failed to download. They have been ignored, or old ones used instead.

When I try the following afterwards:

sudo apt-get install bisigi-themes

I get the following:
E: Unable to locate package bisigi-themes

Same error occuring for Ubuntu 11.10 32bit as well. PPA is installed in the system, but can't install any themes, whether by commandline or by visiting the site, and clicking on 1 click install button and let Ubuntu Software Center to do the rest. Either way, themes are not installing, saying there aren't any themes for bisigi

Same error occuring fro me. Iḿ also working with Ubuntu 11.10 on a 32bit. The 404 in the message looks to that there is something wrong with the url.

Same here. It appears that the oneiric subdirectory does not exist under http://ppa.launchpad.net/bisigi/ppa/ubuntu/dists/.

I imagine it would be difficult to fetch from a directory that doesn't exist. Will the natty distribution work for oneiric?

I'm seeing the same error with precise on three different machines. All three machines I've tried add the repo to have failed.
