Unignore an offline user doesn't disappear from the Users tab

Bug Description
If i ignore a user and the user is offline when i unignore him the user doesn't disappear from the Users tab until i close the Users tab or refreshing the window by uncheck and recheck the "Ignored users" checkmark.
If the user is online the user will disappear when unignore the user.
