Bug Description

It seems that the GeoIP database is not working as it should: "GeoIP database could not be updated".

The file it tries to download is not there:
It seems as the whole site is down.

https://blog.maxmind.com/2019/12/18/significant-changes-to-accessing-and-using-geolite2-databases/
On December 30, 2019, downloads will no longer be served from our public GeoLite2 page, from geolite.maxmind.com/download/geoip/database/*, or from any other public URL.

To continue using GeoLite2 databases:

1. Review our new GeoLite2 EULA.
2. Sign up for a MaxMind account

That site seems to change the file name on every new release. Will that work?

That's not optimal. A redirect address where the target location is updated regularly might work.

"In the case of a web application, you must include a link back to DB-IP.com on pages that display or use results from the database."

That's also annoying with the Web UI...
