Bug Description
It seems that the GeoIP database is not working as it should: "GeoIP database could not be updated".
The file it tries to download is not there:
"https:/
It seems as the whole site is down.
https:/
On December 30, 2019, downloads will no longer be served from our public GeoLite2 page, from geolite.
To continue using GeoLite2 databases:
1. Review our new GeoLite2 EULA.
2. Sign up for a MaxMind account

Switching to https:/ /db-ip. com/db/ download/ ip-to-country- lite might work
