RSS feeds need an auto remove function

Bug Description
I have more than 30000 items in some of the feeds. The RSS feeds you add and then you forget them so it can easy be a lot of items.
The RSS Feed need an auto remove or maximum items function. I now have so many items that it will take AirDC several seconds before it bring up the context menu (the left window).
Other programs with rss feeds do have a limiter on how many rss feed items it should keep.
