add start day to the auto search

When creating an Auto search i do that weeks, sometimes even months before a serie starts. So it would be perfect if it was possible to schedule the start day too as i can set the expire day.
I can of course make it search even if it is several weeks/months until it will find a match, but why enable an auto search when i know it won't find any match until 2 month ahead?
When i see my favorite series in the 'TV Calendar' i add it so i know i won't forget it, but i still don't want to add useless searches to the hubs if i can avoid it.
