auto grant slot give the user maximum multislots

If i have 5 multi slots (Per user limits set to 5 both ways) and i have 10 regular upload slots and all 10 slots are occupied so it will be 0 free slots. I then have 1 user set to "Auto grant slot" and when this user connects it will get him 5 multi slots. So if i have a couple of users with "Auto grant slots" it will be a lot of open slots.

When all slots are taken and a user have "Auto grant slot" it should only give this user 1 slot or else this will be too many even it i grant 1 user a slot (it will not be one slot it will be a whole bunch of them depending how many multi slots i have).
