Bug Description

Two running AirDC can have the same web server ports. I see no error message in the system log or in the settings where i see the server state of the web server.

This is related to fixing of https://github.com/airdcpp-web/airdcpp-webclient/issues/39 and I'm not sure if it can be solved. You can run two clients using the same transfer ports as well...
