Value goes over 100% in download queue

Bug Description
When i download i can see the percent (in the new download queue) go up when the file is finished (53.3%) and then it goes back again a few percent when it start on the next file (50%). It can even go to 103.5% and then back to 100%. I know it happens when i download more then once from the same user on the same bundle.

This happens because of caching finished segments and download bytes for running segments for bundles. The calculation goes briefly out of sync when a segment finishes downloading (downloads are removed from bundles before they are added as finished segments).
