Let the user specify log and nfo viewer

Bug Description
When i open NFO files they use the same viewer i have associate in Windows. The same when i open log files. Because of the size of the log files i want to use another faster viewer than Notepad but i still want to use Notepad in Windows.
It would be great if i could specify different viewers for log and nfo files too. NFO files in a standard viewer is not nice because of all the ANSI code it use and when they are created on Linux the CR is missing and the file is unreadable (almost).
Default for both should be "notepad.exe" or leave them empty to use Windows file association.
