Bug Description
Agenda should have its own icon. The appointment-new icon is kind of lame and will differ across icon sets.

As a first step, I would like to set up the desktop file to use the agenda icon, and use cmake to install the elementary appointment-new icon as the elementary icon. Doing this will create a consistent icon across platforms and make it easier to switch icons in the future.
Next, I want to find an actual icon. I like the one with the notepad and checkmark on it, but that only has a 64 pixel png, and we should have all the icon sizes if we ship it.
