Undo!

It seems that there's currently no way to undo checking an item. So if I make a mistake I have to retype my todo item. This can be really bad if I happen to have a lot of items and I'm not sure which one I deleted.

One possible solution is to keep around strikethrough items until I close the window

Another is to keep crossed out items at the bottom of the list until like ten of them accumulate.

Yet another option which I've seen in similar apps: have them strikethrough and then provide a "remove completed tasks" button. But honestly Dan's might be the simplest both from a UI and user perspective. Simply leave them struck-through until I close the window, then remove the ones that were struck-through.

Also, I think leaving the stuck-through items (while the window is still open) is useful. People like checking off lists and crossing things off, and this provides a reminder of how much the person has gotten done.
