Affinity needs an Awn applet

Bug Description

There is already an Affinity applet in awn-extras, but it's quite outdated and difficult/tedious to update with Affinity trunk. Affinity should check for libawn in autogen.sh, and compile an awn applet if it's installed. (I think this is what Gimmie does with its Awn applets.) Then the old Affinity applet can be removed from awn-extras, and any Affinity bugs in awn-extras can be moved to Affinity.

An applet is now included in r153. It currently only installs under the prefix /usr/local, and the build system is a little messier now. Everything else seems to work.

As of r154, the build system now correctly identifies and uses Awn's prefix, instead of using Affinity's prefix. Except for adjusting to changes from the Awn rewrite (which shouldn't be major), there is nothing applet-specific I can see having to do soon.
(Though I'll probably be proven wrong ;)
