Cannot connect to XiaoMi Box

Tested turbo to connect to XiaoMi Box Miracast. The Ubuntu phone can discovered the XiaoMi Box, and can initial the connection with XiaoMi Box. But never be able to cast the display to the screen.

It seems there are two secnairos
1. The phone shows "connected", and the tv shows connected and back to widi standby mode.
From the android logcat and aethercast log, it seems the box received. the dhcp IP from the phone, but the RTSPClient on the box failed to connect to the phone (Connection refused).

2. The phone shows "connecting" then return to "Not connected", then shows "There was an unknown error connecting to ", and the tv keep showing "connecting" untile timeout.
The phone started the dhcpd, but disabled WiFi driver miracast mode in 10 seconds. (I can see the procoess of dhcpd become "Z" mode). The box will not receive dhcp response.

Note timestamp in syslog and logcat are GMT+0800.

Got the Mii Box now into a state where it starts the RTSP connection. Had to force the GO intent to 0 so that we act as group client rather than as the owner. With that the Box connects but than we fail to parse one of its RTSP statements

Got it working now. Branch linked with fixes.
