if inside for inside table gives an error

Bug Description
Placing an "if" inside a "for" statement inside a table to have a repeating row causes the following error
No common ancestor found for opening and closing tag
(<type 'exceptions.
See the attached Invoice Test.odt file. Removing the if block will allow the report to run without errors.
The current workaround is to separate the row out as a separate table.
