Bug Description

Currently on the phone you cannot stop address-book-service with upstart because this service has a dbus activation system as well. Killing the service respawns it automatically. Please provide a way to be able to stop the service or alteast provide us a list of services relying on address-book-service so that we can stop them first and only then kill address-book-service so that its not respawn automatically.
