Red frame around selected contacts

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Telegram, go to Contacts, tap on the add button on the header, choose "From Address Book", then "Contacts"
2. Select some of the contacts

Expected:
The checkboxes next to selected contacts are marked

Happens:
Along with the marked checkboxes, selected contacts have red borders.

Possibly related to bug #1595432 & bug #1597702

UPDATE:
I first noticed the issue while importing contacts to the Telegram app, but it has probably nothing to do with Telegram. While selecting contacts in the Contacts app the borders appear too. Don't know whether it's a feature or not, but sure it looks ugly.

Thanks for your report. On which image (device/channel/build #) are you testing? I cannot reproduce with the steps in the description on arale with latest rc-proposed.
