Address formatting leaves weird empty lines

Bug Description
When you add an address to a contact, the form asks for street, locality, region, post code, and country. When some of these values are left empty (as is common for region in some countries), the contact's address is shown with weird empty lines.
I would suggest not showing empty lines in the address block.
