Bug Description

STEPS:
Pre-Requisite: have some images in the gallery app
1. Open addressbook On a tablet in dual panel mode
2. Create a new contact
3. Add an image from gallery
4. Hit save
5. Close the app
6. Open the app
7. Hit edit
8. Tap on the image
9. Select camera and take a photo
10. Add that image to the contact
11. save the contact edits

EXPECTED:
I expect the image in the contacts list to match the image in on the edit page

ACTUAL:
The image in the contact list panel is different to the image in the details panel see attached screenshot

I’ve tested that scenario on my frieza running the latest rc-proposed image, and I’m seeing the image being correctly updated in the list after saving the contact.
I’ve used a couple of images from the gallery app, not from the camera app, but that shouldn’t really make a difference I guess.

I confirmed it with the exact steps outlined, the new image from camera never showed in the list.
Whats worse:
- go back into edit mode and the image is blank
- added a new image from gallery and it never got applied
- added a second contact using only the gallery and it worked but
now the first contact is showing the original photo everywhere

More contacts using the same steps worked, so something odd about the first contact.
