Bug Description
address book should be able to share a contact with apps that are registered with the content-hub (like messaging-app to share a contact via MMS).
- Need a "share" button on the toolbar
- Invoke the content-hub to display peer picker for share destinations that support Contacts type
- write the code to integrate with content-hub to share the vcard with the hub
