[Address book] List view should anchor to new contact after creation

Current situation:
User creates a new contact profile, and after it's saved and created, user returns to contact list view. It returns to the position of where the user viewed the contact list last- making it difficult to see the newly created profile.

Desired solution:
After creating a new profile, returning to the contact list view should anchor at where the new contact is.
E.g. If I created a contact called 'John Smith', returning to the contact list view should anchor at 'John Smith' position
