Bug Description

Sorry about the title, fought a while to find an adequate title but couldn't.

In hr_schedule.py - hr_schedule_alert_rule.check_rule line 1168 it appears that you at first calculate the aggregate of all the schedule time in the schedule. i find it hard to believe that the aggregate will often be less than or equal to the 8 being check for on line 1183
