Error in Contract Form

Two problems In contract form:
- I understand that when we choose an employee in the form then just the list of job titles for the department that the employee work in will be listed in the list "Job Title". So
- I think the "Job Title" should be made as a list with out the possibility to create and edit that found at the end of the list and at the right of it. This will prevent creating some thing that conflict with the department of the employee as discussed above.
- At the edit mode of the form, when you change the employee name to one from a diffenet department then all the jobs in job title field must be changed accordingly. But this is not the case becuase the firat job from the previous department still in the list and you cab choose it which also make conflict
