hr_simplify seems to depend on hr_contract_state

Line 118 checks for ('state','!=','done') but the state column was introduced in hr_employee_state but this dependences was not set in hr_simplify _openerp.py

Rather than add a dependency, the solution is probably to move that piece of code out of the module.

I thought so too as you wouldn't want both depending on themselves
