Bug Description

using the +ui command to list info from a user , displays the result that the user has profile normal, even tough he is logged on with "avip" profile!

BTW, showaccount will output correct user's profile

I am aware of this, the userdb needs some work, i'v disabled alot of things in it. I'v also disabled saving for userdb.

now +userinfo says (the registered nick) not found in user DB the tested used has a VIP account and was logged in... the command seems to work with the regular users.
