Description
HubInterface lost all (almost, 1 exception detected, see screenshot for LazyBadger DE) information from INF about users with level 1 or more. Clients show this information correctly

Steps to reproduce
Login into r171 as user with files in share, description, etc. and check userlist on HubInterface tab
Additional information
Userinfo visible some (short) time after reconnect, bug probably related to INF-check in #514900 fix
