for example, I took two clients, insert same name "Siarogka" and trying to connect to hub. And if the first client entered to hub, second client enter to hub to, although IMHO hub should disconnect second client with the same name "NAme already exist, please chanhge a name "

Does the 2 nicks have the same captition?
The protocol states : Nickname (or hub name). The hub must ensure that this is unique in the hub up to case-sensitivity.
And afaik ADCH++ does check this.
