Registering Accounts

Hub doesn't get full information about user account CID and IP Pattern
also I have ability to create many users with same same name.

how did you add the accounts? from chat or gui?

I cant reproduce this, can you provide steps on what you did?

already In new revisions registration from chat doesn't work
Steps in GUI : Open GUI -> Open Accounts -> Add Name -> Add Password -> Add Ip-Pattern ->Add CID -> Click Add button.
When I don't do Add Password ->Add Ip-Pattern ->Add CID this three steps it looks like all fine
and I get message Acoounts Exist.
But when I started testing adding acconts I got a new bug shown on the screen http://savepic.org/162846.png
after that when I've started hub And tried to Add Account I got message Acoounts alredy Exist.

Ok i know what it is, its a encoding error. I have problems passing unicode strings to adch++ core atm. Im trying to solve this.

Can you test this with rev 139+ ?

problem still exists
if user used +regme and option "Register user only by nick" unchecked I should get CID in a field CID like on the screen http://savepic.org/179547.jpg
but when I click on user I got nothing

This setting has been removed. Users are registerd by nick, with posibility to set a CID and/or IP range for the account.
