Bug Description
SocketManager:
setBufferSize, getBufferSize
setMaxBufferSize, getMaxBufferSize
setOverflowTimeout, getOverflowTimeout
ClientManager:
setMaxCommandSize, getMaxCommandSize
setLogTimeout, getLogTimeout
not exposed. Can't set values read from adchpp.xml from python (or anything except c++ if you wanted to)

In general, you don't need to implement swig wrappers, the prototype is enough...(unless we're working around bugs)
