Ability to bind to interface

Bug Description

Please could ADCH++ have the ability to bind to a specified interface, e.g. 127.0.0.1, 10.0.0.1 etc.

Since I run a Linux machine, it would also be useful if it could bind to an interface name - e.g. 'eth0' - as the IP address assigned to the interface could change over time.

Thanks for your help

Binding to ip is no problem, binding to iface sounds like something non-portable and thus messy, but please correct me if I'm wrong...

I couldn't comment on the coding implementation, but its certainly a clean (as in configuration) 'nice-to-have' from the user-perspective. In my case the IP addresses would be fixed in the short-term, so it really wouldn't go beyond 'nice' functionality.
