Bug Description
Notably even the minimum versions of scons (1.5.x) and gcc/mingw (6.x) required for compiling DC++ are unusable for compiling ADCH++ at the moment of writing, making it impossible to build the two projects in the same building environment.

builds again now with MinGW (links in the expert guide doc), SCons 2.5.0, boost 1.68, OpenSSL 1.1.1.
