Adch++ dont disconnect at BAN

Bug Description

The nick "[10Mbit]Kalle" is now banned (Level: 7) (Reason: [10Mbit]Kalle Share full of .avi files! This is a rar hub ffs!! /(Expires: in 0 days, 12 hours, 0 minutes and 0 seconds)
still in the hub no kick or drop..

The CID "Z7HGNLK4LQJ6AKBFGOWQRM27VRZMWX5B44XRI6Y" is now banned (Level: 11) (Reason: test) (Expires: in 0 days, 0 hours, 1 minutes and 0 seconds)
still in the hub no kick or drop..

This hub is running ADCH++ 2.10.1 (r646) Release

So kick the user then. Ban is for adding a nick/CID to the ban list.

i think it would make sense if it were just a +command to be used to ban a cid,
but since it sends them in rightclick for a selected user, i think its just confusing when the user doesnt get dropped from the hub automatically if he is online and he is being banned.

Attached a patch that "fixes" it for Ban Cid and Ban Nick.

sounds good. can you also do this for other types of bans (IP, nick reg ex, etc)?
