Unable to remove record from TMPBANs.
+banip IP with zero time says that such record is not found in the bans.
And make separate unban commands.

i can't reproduce; please verify with the +listbans command that the IP given to +banip when un-banning is the correct one.

It's not listed in +listbans, you can see it in Tempban Log only.
Example: my pinger is banned on DC Dev Hub

So it's already reproduced, I can't remove it.

these temp bans are from the guard/anti-flood script; they are managed separately. they do however use the regular +ban/+listbans facility to place bans. if the IP is no longer in +listbans, it is no longer banned. it will however get banned again if it violates limits again.

the temp ban stats don't clear themselves when a corresponding ban can no longer be found in +listbans; leaving this open for the guard script author to fix this.
