Bug Description

I have found some more untranslated strings in the Activity Log Manager:
- On the Select Application window, the table headers are not marked for translation
- On the Applications tab, the accessible name of the applications list is not marked for translation
- On the History tab, the dates shown when one selects Advanced are not formatted in a locale-specific way, because the format strings are not marked for translation. Same happens in the Select Application window, under the Last Used column.
