Bug Description

In the current version of Acire, the sourceview is not resizable. It will be good to make it resizable by using a GtkVPaned widget. By the way, the sourceview is editable but I guess it shouldn't be.

The sourceview is editable on purpose. You can edit the snippets in-place and execute the modified code. Acire saves the modified code in a temp file in /tmp and executes it. This lets people play around with the code if they want to - for learning, or even to check that modified code runs, before they copy & paste it, or save as a different file for their own use.

I did not know that. In this case, it could be interesting to have more little features. I think about some buttons like "Undo" and "Redo". and maybe something like "Revert to the original version". Because, a guy (like me) which is learning Python would really like to just undoes his changes if they did not work.
