manifest-files.qdoc is missing when generating the doc, therefore missing from https://developer.ubuntu.com/api/qml/current/Ubuntu.OnlineAccounts

Upon further inspection, the file is already there:

$ apt-cache policy accounts-qml-module-doc
accounts-qml-module-doc:
  Installed: 0.5+15.04.20141110-0ubuntu1
  Candidate: 0.5+15.04.20141110-0ubuntu1
  Version table:
 *** 0.5+15.04.20141110-0ubuntu1 0
        500 http://fi.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ vivid/main amd64 Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

And:

$ dpkg -L accounts-qml-module-doc | grep manifest
/usr/share/accounts-qml-module/doc/html/manifest-files.html

So, it's just a matter of updating the website.
