Bug Description
VKontakte is a popular network in eastern Europe and Russia. There's already a scope and a webapp by Canonical which ship its own vkontakte account, and there are already some vkontakte apps in the ubuntu store which could make use of a system plugin.

And also we can co-operate to do it perfectly suitable for every app, as VK have so a lot of number of permissions. And they right is adding a shop functionality. Which i want to support in my app.
