Bug Description
Hello,
i'm trying to generate the webkit general ledger for 2013.
I've periods
- 00/2013 From 1/1/2013 to 1/1/2013 special = True
- 01/2013 from 1/1/2013 to 31/1/2013
- 02/2013 from 1/2/2013 to 28/2/2013
- 03/2013 from 1/3/2013 to 31/3/2013
The opening entries are validated in period 00/2013.
In the wizard, I selected fiscal year 2013.
The opening entries are ignored and the initial balance is not set, although the header of the document says "Initial balance" "Based on opening entries".
I'll submit a merge proposal.

More information on this bug:
When no entries are in the opening period, the opening balance is computed from the previous FY.
This issue appears only when we have entries in the opening period.
