Did you build the modules against the correct kernel sources.
You should never get messages like "<4>rdma: disagrees about version of symbol ib_unregister_client" unless you build against a wrong kernel sources.

Hi,

No disagrees warning message, but it still crashes at the same
location , here is my steps, if there is an error

------------------------------

./mlnx_add_kernel_support.sh

cd /tmp/ofed2

./mlnxofedinstall

cd /usr/src/kernels/2.6.32-358.el6.x86_64/include/

mv rdma rdma_bak

ln -s /usr/src/ofa_kernel/include/rdma/ rdma

cp /usr/src/openib/Module.symvers /root/for_next/src/kernel/rdma/

make

make install

modprobe xio

modprobe rdma

cd examples/kernel/hello_world

sh run_server.sh

sh run_client.sh

------------------------------

I load the server and client both modules on a single machine, but I
modified the code, do not use the same name when calling
kmem_cache_create
