Bug Description
When running JXIO (java wrapper of accelio) with several client and session trying to connect to one another, client attempts to connect to server, however server does not receive on_new_session callback.
To reproduce the bug: run JXIO
#cd tests
#./runRandomTest.sh com/mellanox/
