Bug Description

Currently we can switch ROIs with arrow keys and [0...9], but we lack keybindings for the following options:
- opening a presentation
- closing a presentation
- going fullscreen (and back windowed)
- switching to editor (and back to player)
- rotating the image {A,}CW

Can we remove this from the 0.3 milestone? I don't think it's really important for this release.

Done.
Of course if someone is working on it, feel free to change it back.

I've been added some standard hotkeys to A4. (fullscreen, open/close window, etc)

We could assign:
- Ctrl+E for switching to editor
- Ctrl+R for rotating the image c-w (Shift+Ctrl+R a-c-w)

btw those two functionality should be added to the main menu first.

I agree on adding an option to toggle editor mode in the menu. Adding an option to the menu is probably less useful (except, maybe, for options like +/-90° or +/-180°). By the way, I like the keybindings you suggest. Francesco, mind working on this issue?
